This is open to UA&P MScM students in their graduating year. Your project will be to discover, through research and experimentation, what the best system is for closing deals for Leadfunnel.ph.
What will you learn?
What will be the day-to-day work?
Most of your efforts will be to develop relationships with decision makers. Our sales development team will provide the introduction to these decision makers (they will be in the middle of a free trial of our solution). You will set appointments with them, visit them, and attempt to close the deal. Our current success rate is 10%. Your goal is to find the closing process that increases this rate.
What will be your impact?
Your work will be the basis of the ongoing closing process for Leadfunnel.ph. Our ambition is to be a company that operates across the developing world. The closing process you develop could be replicated across Asia, Africa and South America.
Why MScM students?
Why not get experienced B2B Account Executives instead? Because you have fresh eyes. Because you don't have the biases of "this is what we have always done." Also, Leadfunnel has a deep history with MScM. In 2011, Kahlil Corazo, one of the founders of Leadfunnel.ph, trained MScM students for the Google Online Marketing Challenge, an annual student competition with more than 11,000 participants. One MScM got in the global top 20. The next year, another MScM team was the regional champion. That experience has become the basis for our operations. We are excited to again be working with MScM students.
Who should or should not apply for this?
